Automatic Label Applicators is very much a bespoke operation; they
have an inbuilt versatility to cater for many requirements. We have
agreed working relationships with three of the main UK manufacturers
of Label Applicators and Print & Apply Systems.
Graham is a leading UK supplier of Labelling Systems and integrated
Print & Apply Systems, renowned for 'Quality' and 'Performance'.
They are established at the top end of the market and
able to satisfy even the most rigorous of applications.
Three of the more popular Labellers are the 'Admiral' which offers
front and back high speed precision labelling. The 'Captain' shown
on the right, is a dedicated dairy labeller for integration within
a high speed production line. The 'Commander' which forms the base
unit for the successful Print & Apply System using Graham's own
design QSE Thermal printer or also available with 'bolt on' print
engines from Sato and Zebra. The Commander can easily handle 'Trader
Pack' applications of 30 per minute plus.
Atwell are an independent company that successfully produce
Labelling Systems at the less demanding end of the workplace. They
manufacture reliable 'stand-alone' systems, largely tailored around
existing production lines and are a major supplier to the food and
drinks industry.
By using standard module units, these systems are specified to each
individual need and the standard 'Trader Pack' front application caters
for speeds of around 15 packs per minute.
'Kelgray Products Limited' markets Mectec Systems through
the UK and B&M Labelling Supplies are pleased to offer a range
of 3 systems to suit most applications.
'Thermoscribe' is a printer applicator unit that is integrated within
automatic apply units to forma Print & Apply Labelling system.
This is best suited for installation either within or adjacent to
existing production line operations.
The 'low cost' EasiPrint' and 'EasiPrintII' are ideally suited
to low volume production lines or as a system with its own conveyor
unit.
All systems are custom designed and come with standard warranties
for both the Application and engineered label unit.
